With the entire history of human existence at stake, can you and your team stop Biff to save the day (and yesterday…and tomorrow…really all the days)?!
In this episode Kari and I take the PodSquad for a little excursion to Universal CityWalk to experience Universal’s Great Movie Escape. Featuring iconic locations from two classic films, this unique adventure puts you right into the middle of the action of some of your favorite Universal franchises with Jurassic World: Escape and Back to the Future: OUTATIME!
Kari and I are huge fans of escape experiences, so we have been so excited for Universal’s Great Movie Escape since it was first announced. (Check out our previous episode where we interview the creators!) We were not prepared for what the experience would come to be.
Without giving too much away, both escape adventures feature incredibly detailed and immersive environments that really make you feel like you’re in the world of each film. You’ll get thrown right into the action of an original story where you and your companions are the stars. Then, it’s up to you to progress through the experience by solving unique and interactive environmental puzzles that will test even the savviest clue-solvers among you.
Not to be outdone, the venue offers multiple lounge areas for some pre- or post- escape drinks featuring specialty cocktails themed to the films (must be 21+ to enjoy alcoholic beverages). I know we took the opportunity to pour over our experience, laugh at/with each other, and discuss the more puzzling puzzles.
