  • Otto’s Noodle Bowl: Slow roasted porchetta, udon noodles, tare egg, cilantro, roasted corn and shrimp dumpling in tonkatsu broth
  • El Macho’s Salsa y Salsa Ropa Vieja: Ropa vieja braised beef with a tomato cucumber salad, cilantro rice and tostones
  • Agnes’s Honeymoon Soup: Green tomato soup, crispy pork belly, basil oil and a tomato gummy bear served with a pimento cheddar grilled cheese sandwich 
  • Kevin’s Chopa Chopa Salad: Purple cabbage and arugula with tomatoes, cucumber, edamame, crispy pork belly, pulled rotisserie chicken, green banana chips and a mustard ale vinaigrette
  • Chicken Stuart’s Sichuan Surprise: Sichuan glazed rotisserie chicken, stir-fried baby Bok choy, edamame, corn and steamed rice 
  • Carl’s Crispy Cauliflower: Crispy cauliflower florets with sweet & spicy chili sauce, coconut blue rice, Thai cucumbers and edamame

  • Mel’s Meatball Mountain: Wood oven baked stuffed pizza with meatballs, basil, fresh mozzarella and marinara 


  • Uncle Dru’s Belly Fillin’ Pork Sandwich: Slow roasted porchetta, chimichurri sauce, mustard aioli, apple butter, bacon jam and arugula on a Hawaiian pretzel bun, with green banana chips
  • Steak & “Cheese Ray” Sandwich: French onion dipped roast beef, caramelized onions, secret sauce and cheesy blast pimento cheese on a cheddar & onion roll

  • Mr. Gru’s PB & Jelly: Pressed peanut butter & Gru’s jelly sandwich with tater tots
  • Freedonia Festival of Mac & Cheese: Mini shells tossed in a creamy white cheddar cheese sauce
  • Shrunken Moonballs: Mini meatballs in marinara over spaghetti
  • Mini-Boss’ Mega Melt: Waffled pimento cheddar grilled cheese and tater tots


  • Fluffy Unicorn Cupcake: Confetti cupcake, vanilla & bubble gum icing, topped with a chocolate unicorn horn
  • Minion Swiss Roll: Vanilla cake with a pineapple cardamom whipped ganache and passion fruit “banana” 
  • Bob’s Teddy Bear Chocolate Cream Puff: Filled with a chocolate whipped ganache
