Tlayuda at Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food
The chefs at Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food are continuously finding ways to live up to their restaurant’s name, which is exactly what they did with this UOAP-exclusive dish: Tlayuda. A traditionally Oaxacan dish, Tlayuda consists of a crispy flour tortilla topped with refried beans, chilorio (pork shoulder), queso fresco, pickled onions, watermelon radish, and lime crema, and it’s yours to purchase with your Universal Orlando Annual Pass in tow.
NSFD (Not Safe For Dogs) Doughnut at Voodoo Doughnut
Have you ever wondered what it feels like to enjoy the taste of peanut butter as much as your dog does? I don’t just mean by eating peanut butter — I’m talking about the utter delight and splendor that comes with savoring a taste that’s only offered every blue moon.
I might sound overdramatic, but once you taste the NSFD (Not Safe For Dogs) Doughnut at Voodoo Doughnut, you’ll understand. Encased in a yeast doughnut shell with a peanut butter velvet top, this delight is topped with sugary chocolate frosting and crushed cinnamon cereal. Tasty UOAP-exclusive fare awaits at Mythos Restaurant with its hearty dish of Pork DanDan Noodles. This intrinsically Sichuan dish is made with ground Hoisin pork topped with chili, tahini, and soy sauce and served over rice noodles and spinach garnished with scallions, peanuts, and bean sprouts. If you hear a loud noise while feasting upon this dish, that’s just the sound of my stomach growling in envy from the confines of my cubicle. Sorry in advance.

There’s only two more stops to make during your quest for a palate fit for Passholders, and they’re both in Universal Studios Florida. It’s balanced out with earthy notes of lime and agave to complement the spice of ginger beer for a tasteful sensation that can’t be refused.
