“We’re going to Hollywood!” the podcast team said in unison. Why? Because we’d just found out the Discover Universal Podcast was taking a trip out west to visit Universal Studios Hollywood.
All of us had taken trips out to the California theme park in the past. But this trip was special, since we got to meet some incredible Team Members and learn what makes this park so unique. One of our hosts had spent some time living in the area and quickly became our L.A. tour guide in-between exploring Universal CityWalk Hollywood and Universal Studios Hollywood. We explored the entire theme park, but one of the ultimate highlights of our day was being able to experience The World-Famous Studio Tour with an exclusive interview from Dennis Satterfield, Director of Tour Operations at Universal Studios Hollywood.
