With that notion in mind, the chefs at Bigfire in Universal CityWalk saw fit to bring back one dish that has “Dad” written all over it: the 34-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye.
This juicy, tender 34-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye comes complete with black truffle lobster mac and cheese, fire-kissed Brussels sprouts, jalapeño cheddar sausage, chimichurri, and a side of au poivre sauce butter.
“Everything we do, we try to elevate,” Chef Elvin says. “Instead of just doing a mac and cheese, we wanted to elevate that with some lobster and a little lobster stock to kind of set off that mac and cheese. We added in an au poivre sauce … because it pairs well with both the mac and cheese and the steak.”
