Parenting is no easy feat. It takes a lot of love, care, and patience — all of which are qualities your father exhibits on the daily. I’m sure you appreciate him for it every day, but don’t you want to do something to make him feel extra special?

Good news: Father’s Day is approaching on Sunday, June 21, 2026, and it’s the perfect time to show Dad just how thankful you are for him and all he does. I highly recommend doing so at Universal CityWalk in Universal Orlando Resort, where we’ll have three exclusive dishes handcrafted just for him.

34-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye at Bigfire

Dads are known for being masters in the eating department; sometimes, it seems like their appetites are triple the size of the average human being. With that notion in mind, the chefs at Bigfire in Universal CityWalk saw fit to bring back one dish that has “Dad” written all over it: the 34-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye.

This juicy, tender 34-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye comes complete with black truffle lobster mac and cheese, fire-kissed Brussels sprouts, jalapeño cheddar sausage, chimichurri, and a side of au poivre sauce butter.

“Everything we do, we try to elevate,” Chef Elvin says. “Instead of just doing a mac and cheese, we wanted to elevate that with some lobster and a little lobster stock to kind of set off that mac and cheese. We added in an au poivre sauce … because it pairs well with both the mac and cheese and the steak.”

Bigfire Chef Elvin Correa Rios says he and his team loved the success that came with running this dish during Valentine’s Day — which you can read more about here — and knew it had to make a comeback, so don’t miss out on your chance to try it this Father’s Day!

Breakfast for Dad at Voodoo Doughnut

How often are you providing breakfast for your dad? Probably not that often, and maybe that should change. Don’t worry — Voodoo Doughnut has you covered with a special Father’s Day treat that fits the bill perfectly: Breakfast for Dad. This small, but mighty delight is made with blueberry buttermilk, maple icing, a velvet top, and fresh blueberries to make your dad’s day feel all the more meaningful.

Land & Sea at NBC Sports Grill & Brew
