Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) is always an immaculately themed event, from the terrifying haunted houses to the intense scare zones and every scream in between. - If you’re staying at a Universal hotel, you can enjoy themed cocktails and late-night bites during the HHN season! Universal CityWalk also has exclusive offerings at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen, Voodoo Doughnut, and Dead Coconut Club.

Screaming builds up quite the appetite! Luckily, there’s plenty of chef-inspired food and beverage offerings at this year’s HHN to sink your teeth into. You can chase each of the below HHN 2026 haunted houses with a themed eat:
- Sinners | Annie’s Juke Joint Catfish & Grits: Crispy catfish with low country grits, crunchy garlic, and a side of hot sauce
- Netflix’s Stranger Things 5 | El’s Battery Jerky: Creamy mac ‘n cheese with garlic bread and battery jerky pieces
- Hellraiser | Pleasure & Pain Brain: Brain custard with ripped teeth and skin vanilla cake pieces
- Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness | The Prince of Darkness Cake: Three-tiered mini carrot cake with cream cheese mousse and a chocolate bat
- Evil Dead Burn | Lasagna Burn: Ground pork and chili crisp pot sticker lasagna
It wouldn’t be an Infernal Carnival of Nightmares if we didn’t have some Oddverse-inspired items. Show off your allegiance (and appetite) for Jack the Clown or Dr. Oddfellow with one of these offerings:
- CarnEVIL Smash Taco: Smashed cheeseburger taco, American cheese, shredded lettuce, pickles, secret sauce, and toasted sesame seeds
- Jack & Odd Dog: All-beef footlong hot dog with peppers, onions, and cheese sauce, topped with spicy cheese puffs in an ube bun
- Rigatoni Ritual Pie: Garlic butter cheese pizza with baked rigatoni a la vodka, crispy sausage, and pesto

- Netflix’s Stranger Things 5 | Hopper’s Recharger: Mandarin orange vodka, yuzu juice, lemon-lime drink, and energy drink
- Sinners | Slide Guitar Smash: Corn whiskey, lemon juice, ginger syrup, simple syrup, and mint essence
- Hellraiser | Cenobite’s Kiss: Blanco tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, huckleberry syrup, and spicy bitters
- Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness | Black Rain: Tequila, port wine, cold brew concentrate, and agave syrup topped with black sprinkles
- Evil Dead Burn | Frostbite: Blanco tequila, blue curacao, lime juice, simple syrup, and spicy bitters with a gummy “dentures” garnish
Throughout the event, you can find additional cocktails themed to Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow. Maniac Mix (strawberry blood orange vodka spritz), Oddfellow’s Elixir (blueberry lemonade vodka), and Canned Carnival (strawberry, raspberry, and lime sour ale) were all created by local Florida breweries, and they’re all served in cans designed by Universal Creative especially for HHN!

Whether or not you’re a Passholder, one of our top HHN tips is to stay near the screams — and that’s as true this year as ever! You can sip on themed cocktails at all 11 Universal Orlando hotels. Most hotels (excluding Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort) will serve late-night bites in the lobby, and Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and Loews Royal Pacific Resort will have limited-time menu items at The Thirsty Fish and Jake’s American Bar, respectively.

They say you should dress for the job you want. Well, the job I want is “devoted carnie at the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares” — and luckily, there’s plenty of exclusive HHN merch items to help me dress for success!
This year’s lineup celebrates the 35th anniversary of HHN with an array of items featuring this year’s ringmasters, Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow. If you’re into trinkets — reader, I am very into trinkets — you can grab a collectible coin to commemorate the carnival. Or, if you’d rather wear your fandom on your sleeve, grab a crewneck featuring bold new artwork of this year’s ringmasters.
As always, you can browse a wide range of items themed to this year’s haunted house lineup. Whatever your fandom, there’s a must-have item to flaunt it. Some highlights include: accessories inspired by Smoke and Stack from “Sinners,” a Demogorgon scrunchie inspired by Netflix’s “Stranger Things,” the iconic “Hellraiser” Lament Configuration in purse form, a chainsaw-shaped crossbody bag to protect you from the deadites of “Evil Dead Burn,” and edgy apparel that celebrates the legacy of Ozzy Osbourne.
