In celebration of the film’s release, we’re bringing new merchandise to the theme parks. What’s better than watching a new movie, you ask? Taking home a piece of the movie with you from your two favorite places on the east and west coasts, of course!
Starting off strong with the dragon of the hour is the Toothless Hug & Glide Plush Toy. This adorable item wraps Toothless around your wrist as he rests on your arm in a flying position, allowing him to soar to new heights like never before!
With the live action “How to Train Your Dragon” coming out, there’s lots of play in store. That’s why you need the Ultimate Plasma Blast Toothless Toy. All this merch couldn’t have come at a better time; with Universal Epic Universe officially open to the public as of May 22, 2025, guests have gotten a taste of their own live action “How to Train Your Dragon” by simply experiencing How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk. Here, real Vikings and life-size dragons roam about, making you feel like you’ve been transported straight into the films. From live scenes to big screens, Universal has got you more than covered in the merch department.
By more than covered, I of course mean all the existing “How to Train Your Dragon”-themed merch that you can find at Universal Orlando Resort. While not new to the theme park like the aforementioned live action-themed items, this merch could still be new-to-you if you’re visiting in Orlando.
If you’re not interested in covering your head with a hoodie but still want to rock Toothless on top, maybe the Toothless Headband is more your speed. This plush black headband has his name stitched on the side in a gleaming green hue that perfectly matches this dragon’s big, vibrant eyes. You’re in for a major cuteness overload with this little guy on your head.
