A Letter To Our UOAPs

June 3, 2020

Beloved Passholders,

With pen in hand we come to you all, after many a fortnight apart, to simply convey our deepest and most treacherous missing of you, our dear UOAPs….

OK, ‘nuff of that. Listen up, Passholders.

It would be an understatement — practically an insult to our connection — to simply say that we’ve missed you. Without you all, the Mystic Fountain is lonesome, the moving walkway doesn’t move, the cup of coffee is never delivered, Jan’s signature drinks go un-poured, and we don’t even want to tell you how Vol has handled your absence.

We’ve missed you a lot.

The day has finally come when we can transition from Universal at Home to Universal at Universal! And we just want to make sure that before you arrive, before you pull into the garage and snap a picture of your parking place, before you take the shortcuts you know so well to your favorite spots… we just want to make sure that before you come back, you know how grateful we are for you. You have kept the enthusiasm for Universal Orlando Resort truly alive these past few months. We can’t tell you enough how much your recipe pictures, survey answers, ride recreations, thoughtful insights, milestone celebrations, love, joy, passion, ALL OF IT! All of it and all of you mean so much to us. Our Passholders (that’s you!) understand and support and root for us in a way no one else can. You are an incredibly important part of the Universal Orlando family and we are just so grateful. Thank you!

When you return, things will feel pretty different. We hope you’ll check out our website for all the new safety and operational guidelines you need to know before you come. But with you all in the parks again, we know that we’re one step closer to collectively letting loose and woah-ing our hearts out. And that is a very, very good thing.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be letting you know all about our Passholder Appreciation Days, what to look forward to, and how you can be a part of it all.

Until then, we’re tired of missing you! Come see us soon.
