Kick Off the Super Bowl at NBC Sports Grill & Brew in Universal CityWalk

Hut, hut! This is one tailgate you won’t want to miss. Super Bowl LX is just around the corner, and you should tune into NBC and Peacock’s Super Bowl at NBC Sports Grill & Brew in Universal CityWalk Sunday, February 8, 2026, where two tasty specialty menus await. Everything you’ll need to kick off the big game awaits at this sporty eatery, and once you get a bite of what’s cooking, you’ll be screaming “Touchdown!”

Super Bowl Tailgating Menu

It wouldn’t be a proper Super Bowl without a good tailgate, and that’s why NBC Sports Grill & Brew is hosting one of its own on Super Bowl Sunday at 2 p.m. just outside the venue. Tailgating gets you a head start on all the excitement without missing out on sensational eats, and what’s on the menu has “the big game” written all over it.

Nothing screams American football like an American fan-favorite food. Enjoy Hamburgers or Cheeseburgers topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard coupled with a side of Cajun Style Kettle Chips or creamy Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese during your Tailgating ventures.

NBC Sports is truly bringing the meats with its Bourbon-Glazed Beef Kabobs, and don’t get me started on the savory Beer Bratwurst. Fixed between a fluffy hoagie roll, this dish is topped with peppers, onions, and spicy mustard for a bite that brings its A-game.

For all the vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based-loving football fans out there, the Plant-Based Meatballs await, and you can relish them with a side of tangy garlic naan bread.

Super Bowl Kick Off Action Stations

The party continues inside NBC Sports at 5 p.m. with buffet-style Kick Off Action Stations, and the selection of flavors is nothing short of mouthwatering. There are three action stations to choose from, plus a Sweet Touchdown for a sugary fix that you can’t resist, and all you need to do to enjoy it is make a reservation.

Your first stop is at the Carver Station, where you can choose between Hickory Smoked Brisket or Bourbon Sticky Ribs. Tough decisions, I know, but you can rest easy knowing you can complement this fare with sweet Hawaiian rolls, pickled onions, and huli-huli, harissa, and tropical gold barbecue sauces.

The Griddle Station is where you’ll find me, personally. With the freedom to choose from Quesadillas, Quesabirrias, and Tacos, who wouldn’t want to spend all their time here? Whatever style of tortilla you choose, you’ll be able to fill it with either chicken tinga or guajillo braised short rib and top it with all the Oaxaca cheese, cilantro, and onion your heart desires.

The Buffet is the best option for those who aren’t quite sure what exactly they are in the mood for. You can take on Grilled Wings, Cedar Plank Salmon, Tomato Goat Chicken, Plant-Based Meatballs, Yukon Gold Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Cilantro Rice with black bean stew, a Birria Walking Taco, and Philly Cheese Steak Spring Rolls. It can’t just be my stomach that’s growling, right?

BONUS: Sweet Touchdown

Whether during the game or at NBC Sports Grill & Brew, everyone loves a touchdown. The Sweet Touchdown at NBC Sports is a little different from what you’re probably used to seeing on the field, however, as this one is made up of S’mores Brownies, Cherry Chewbilees Bites, Football Whoopie Pies, Salted Caramel Cola Cake, Strawberry and Key Lime Tarts, and light snacks such as chips, candy bacon, and chocolate chip cookies.

All the Kick Off Action Stations have to offer is yours to enjoy for $125 per person, just don’t forget to make a reservation for NBC and Peacock’s Super Bowl at NBC Sports Grill & Brew by calling the restaurant at 407-224-3663 or by sending an email here.
