Have you ever wondered where the “secret entrance” is? How to make the most of your UOAP discounts? Well, we thought who better to provide insider tips to you, the UOAP, than other UOAPs? Take a look below at tips we’ve gathered from the UOAP Facebook page. Some tips you may already know, and others may be new to you.

  • Add your Annual or Seasonal Pass to The Official Universal Orlando Resort App so that if you happen to leave your Pass in the car or at home, a Team Member can scan the QR code from your phone, and you’re in. (Kevin C.)
  • Take advantage of the side entrance into Universal Studios Florida. The “secret entrance” is near the Blue Man Group theater in Universal CityWalk. It’s not a secret, though, but rather an entrance for those in the know. (Stacie P.)
  • Once inside the park, use the app to check wait times at rides, park hours, show times and to take [your] place in the virtual line experiences. (Amy G.)
  • Most people start at the front of the park, so head to the back first, as it may be less crowded. (Kizer B.)
  • The first hour the park is open is when you will most likely get in the most rides. (Elizabeth J.)
  • Most people go to the right, so UOAPs should go to the left instead. (Jana L.)
  • If you’re on your own, the single rider line is “the greatest thing ever.” (Mandy R.)

More For Your Ride

Create your own music video on Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit at Universal Orlando Resort

  • Need to put something in your pocket or a locker before you ride? Bring a Ziploc bag to put everything into. “The bag is easy to grab and go and you’re less likely to lose something.” (Michael B.)

More For Your Money

Volcano Bay - Coke Freestyle - Mug

  • UOAPs enjoy discounts throughout the parks and in CityWalk, but are you taking advantage of them? Keep your Pass around your neck so that Team Members see it upon check-out and you’ll receive [any applicable] discount. (Brandon S.)
  • Purchase a refillable Coca-Cola freestyle souvenir cup to use throughout the day, and don’t forget to ask for your UOAP discount. (Mikayla W.)
  • Speaking of refillable, the refillable popcorn bucket is one of the best deals within the park. (Amy G.)
  • Over in CityWalk, remember that restaurants also give UOAP discounts on food and merchandise, so be sure to show your Pass. (William C.)

Take Your Time

  • Take in all the sights and sounds; there are a lot of things you’ve probably never seen or experienced at the parks. “Being a UOAP affords you more opportunities to visit the parks; don’t always feel rushed to do everything.” (Alex C.)
  • On that same note, plan a day to experience small and less-popular attractions; you’ll be surprised. (Amberlyn D.)

Where on the app do you add your AP#? Cannot find it. Great idea.

Hi Bernadette! You can add your Annual Pass to the Moble App by adding it to your wallet.

Sorry-but where do you do this? I could not find a place to add the AP number. The wallet is purchases only.
