Hi! I’m Doug the Pug and I’ve always wanted to go to Orlando, Florida. My friends at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort had me come visit and host a meet and greet, so I could meet my Florida fans. The weather was perfect, the staff knew my name, and there were even baby carrots in my room.
Day one of our trip was awesome. We got to meet everyone at the Hard Rock International Headquarters. We got a behind-the-scenes tour of the world-famous vault. And I got to see a lot of cool music memorabilia. I thought about food a lot, but I was still entertained!
After the tour I had a cocktail by the pool. had to go to bed early since I had a photoshoot the next day. Oh, the life of a rock star.
BAM! Day two was the photoshoot and meet-and-greet day. I was up early and got a massage by the cabanas. I even got to hang with two other pugs. We had more drinks and talked about our favorite snacks.
All of the staff was so nice and knew that I had to take naps between shots. They even ordered me my own pizza (every pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard enough and believe in yourself, that’s my motto!)
After my photoshoot, I got to meet 200 of my fans in the Hard Rock Hotel lobby. They even had a playlist that I picked playing in the background. Everyone in Orlando was so nice, and I already can’t wait to go back.
Day three and my last day in Orlando. 🙁 After a bit of exercise from running up and down the Hard Rock Hotel halls, I decided to give myself a little R&R before enjoying a day in the theme parks at Universal Orlando Resort.
