Universal Orlando’s next original dining concept – Bigfire – is now officially open at Universal CityWalk. This all-new full-service restaurant draws inspiration from the nostalgia of cooking over open flames – from memorable summer vacations to camping and backyard barbecues.
As guests enter the restaurant, they will feel as though they have stepped into a lakeside summer house, surrounded by friends and family. Bigfire features natural design elements of mix and matched fabrics, cast iron, camp lanterns and more to complete the outdoor ambiance inside the restaurant.
One of the coolest things about Bigfire is the custom wood fire grill where chefs will prepare signature dishes inspired by the style of open-fire cooking. Food is carefully matched with wood species that have been carefully chosen based on the flavors they exude. The result? Delectable dishes, sides, desserts – and even cocktails – all infused with smoky spirits!
And you have to save room for dessert because at Bigfire you can make s’mores – right at your table! Does it get any better?
Bigfire is located between VIVO Italian Kitchen and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville on the edge of the lagoon – offering incredible views of Universal CityWalk.
